We recently asked Craig to work for us to settle a claim against an insurance company regarding a stolen and torched vehicle. The insurance company was dragging its feet and seemingly taking inordinate time to move the process.
Craig was able to explain to us the procedures used internally in insurance companies to settle claims that might be fraudulent. While it is disconcerting to be placed in this category, Craig assured us that the procedures were not out of the ordinary, and that we should continue to cooperate with the company and to respond to their requests.
While still in the final process, we are pleased with the work Craig has done on our behalf, and his interfacing with the insurance company and their lawyers. Thank you for your excellent job in negotiating with the insurance company; we appreciate your brilliance.
